![]() ![]() Oak Sage will also be very useful of course, but like with Cyclone, you'll need to keep recasting it, as it will die a lot.Ī few pets can help, but don't waste many points on them. In Hell, Cyclone Armor should be on at all times, especially if your resistances are low (as they probably will be). The FCR breakpoint is key for damage (and also to stun enemies with Tornado), so increase that ASAP. Around the mid-game, I try for Viper in particular, and whatever else useful I can scrounge together (Lidless, Waterwalks / War Travs, Magefists, or Bloodfists if I have enough FCR, etc). I'd only recommend that if using Viper, as the 30 goes a long way.Įarly on, I usually aim for Spirit Sword, Lore helm, Insight for merc (for mana regen), and whatever FCR rings and amu I can get. You could even go for the last breakpoint (167) if you can. You have various available slots to use: rings (10 each), amulet (5-10 / 15-20) gloves (Magefists with 20), belt (Arach with 20), armor (Viper with 30), helm (circlet with 20). In Hell, a Spirit Monarch will give you the same again in the shield slot, getting you to a possible 70 FCR. That gets you 35 FCR (with a perfect roll), 2 skills, Mana, Vit, etc. Spirit Broad/Crystal sword is an easy item to obtain early and will last you pretty much the whole game. ![]() Tornado can be very strong with a decent amount of Faster Cast Rate (I usually go for 99 to get the second-last breakpoint) and +skills. Your main damage dealer is Tornado, which does physical damage. I managed to solo to the end of Hell once (and become a Guardian). If I ever feel like playing HC (which I don't often), I usually go with that. ![]()
